RankUp-controlled application data is deleted or de-identified after the 30-day request period. Database backup rotation may take up to another 30 days, for a maximum of 60 days from the request. Independent providers may retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.
Delete your account in RankUp
Open Profile, choose Settings, open Privacy, and select Delete account. Reauthenticate, review the retention notice, and confirm the request.
What happens after confirmation
RankUp schedules application-data deletion and de-identification for 30 days after your verified request. Encrypted database backups rotate within an additional 30 days, so RankUp-controlled copies may take up to 60 days total to cycle out. Limited de-identified or pseudonymous billing, security, competitive-integrity, moderation, editorial, and audit records may remain when reasonably necessary for system integrity, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Subscriptions, Stripe, and other providers
Cancel any active subscription through the linked Stripe billing portal. Account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription or create a refund. Stripe and other independent providers may retain billing, security-log, backup, or compliance records under their own policies and legal obligations; RankUp cannot directly delete or control those independent records.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@rankupboard.com from the address associated with your verified account. RankUp may need to confirm control of the account before helping with deletion. Never send a password or authentication token.
